10:30 hrs. Begin your culinary journey with a visit to a typical Lima market (San Isidro or Miraflores), where you will discover the diversity of Peruvian products such as chili peppers, tubers, vegetables, corn, and tropical fruits like custard apple, lucuma, aguaymanto, and pacae.
Taste a selection of these exotic fruits and enjoy the rich aromas of Peruvian ingredients.
Continue to an exclusive restaurant in Miraflores, where you’ll learn to prepare your own Pisco Sour and the famous Ceviche under the guidance of a professional chef.
